Hyping on the Huarache's July 10, 2014 20:26
It may be grey outside our windows here in the UK but Summer is certainly sizzling over at Size? HQ with the release of the Nike Air 'Huarache Light' in a tropical storm of an old school colourway 'Atomix Mango' on the horizon.
Size dropped a teaser on their Instagram a few days ago that set tongues wagging followed up today with further images and a feature on their blog.
Now I'm not going to lie, I haven't worn a pair of Huaraches since school mainly due to the amount of Joey Essex wannabes that sport them these days despite hating on them way back then. We all know who they are, the sort of guys to spend over £100 on a pair of kicks to go to the club and ruin them in the name of fashion.
I'm not old enough to remember the inspiration behind this release from 1994 the Huarache Racer OG colourwaybut I can see the appeal especially for those that do.

As we have come to expect with Size? any decent release standardly starts in a UK 5.5.
Stepping ever so closer to the small sizes of us girls yet still far to go, it's somewhat a shame as I know a lot of ladies keen on getting their small feet into a pair of these!
